MEXICO TO CANADA in one day.
Just spent 7 days in Sayulita Mexico. This morning i was sitting on a belcony eating tortilla and eggs and watching packs of dogs chasing cars and the butcher shop across the street unload big plastic tubbs of animal chunks. It was hot and the road was busy and dusty. The propane truck drove by blasting it's song and a guy saying "Vedla Blendda duta duta Bliff gas". we then moseyed down the street past the town center through the mix of ugly white people tourists and mexicans working thier stores and stands. Molly and I passed the sewer stream to see some guy had drove his Caravan into it and wanted me to help him push... i just didn't want the stink on my flip flops. We arrived to our place of stay to load up our bags and head home. The kids across the street where no longer chasing chickens with long lenghths of pcv tubes but i was hoping they where. We walked to the buss stop by the sports complex... a big grassy field used for soccer, baseball, and a place for horses and dogs to wander freely. We got on the bus and said adios. The buss ride was 1 hr and we where bounced untill most of us got carsick. we got off at the airport in Vallarta and started the long waiting in line-up process. on the plane and 5 hours later I'm back at home splitting firewood because it's 0 degrees and thier is ice outside. Amazing how fast one can travel in one day.
